We would like to invite you to participate in a sensory evaluation study in Aistikattila on December 3–5, 2024. During the session, you’ll evaluate and taste some samples of vegan bars in a multi-sensory environment and answer a questionnaire in English. Participating will take around 30 minutes of your time.

Part of Flavoria’s restaurant renewed under summer
Part of Flavoria’s lunch restaurant is going under renovation in the end of May when one of the vegan lunch lines is taken down. During the summer, Sodexo will replace the old lunch line with a new salad buffet which brings a long-waited addition to Flavoria’s lunch selection.

Visiting researcher in Flavoria: Noor Fajrina Farah Istiani
From January to March this year, we had the pleasure of hosting a visiting doctoral researcher, Noor Fajrina Farah Istiani, from the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, Italy. Noor is an interior architect and a doctoral researcher at SENS i-Lab, a human-centered, multi-physical and multi-purpose laboratory for the creation, development, prototyping, and interaction of humans with physical and virtual environments and systems, and she conducted an interesting pilot study in Flavoria's Aistikattila.
