Close Collaboration with Flavoria's Partners
University of Turku is responsible for Flavoria’s research activities, development projects, data collected on the platform, and its development. Sodexo Oy manages the restaurant and café operations, and thanks to our close collaboration, various research setups can be flexibly implemented in the restaurant, café, and Aistikattila.
Commercial research and testing are conducted in collaboration with Aistila Oy.

Flavoria’s operations are funded by the Faculties of Medicine, Technology, and Social Sciences at the University of Turku, the Turku School of Economics, and the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry at the University of Helsinki. For representatives of these partner faculties, the use of Flavoria’s research facilities and data is free of charge.
