Post Graduate Education Course: Behavioral and Lifestyle Determinants of Health 1-2 ETCS

The Nutrition and Food Research Center (University of Turku) and the Flavoria Network organize a Post Graduate Education Course called “Behavioral and Lifestyle Determinants of Health” in the spring 2026.

The aim of the course is to familiarize with the multitude of the ways in Behavioral and Lifestyle Determinants of Health. The course will explore the complex interplay between psychological, social and cultural determinants of health-related behaviors, and examine evidence-based strategies for promoting healthier lifestyles, particularly inspection of futures research.

The course is available for postgraduate students from the University of Turku and also from other Finnish universities.

Time: Spring 2026 (lecture sessions on April 17 and 24 and May 22)
