Vihreä Härkä: Branding and Marketing Strategy for a New Fava Bean Product

New fava bean–based products are a nutritious alternative to traditional snacks, but their awareness and usage occasions are not yet well established among consumers. In the Vihreä Härkä challenge, solutions are sought for developing the brand and marketing of a new fava bean product.

How can the brand and marketing of fava bean products be developed so that:

  • consumers can easily find the products (both in stores and online)
  • the products spark interest and overcome preconceptions
  • their versatile usage possibilities are understood
  • they become an appealing and recognizable alternative to products such as nuts and chips

Goal:
To create a distinctive and inspiring brand and marketing concept that increases demand and makes the products a natural choice in everyday life.
